Setting Up Conversion Insights

Yottaa and Insights shows you how your page load times impact conversion rates. In order to do this, Yottaa needs access to the Thank You page that your customers see after they check out. To give Yottaa access to this page, insert our JavaScript using the Shopify user interface.

To set up Conversion Insights: 

1. In the Shopify user interface, click Settings in the left pane.

   

2. In Settings, click Checkout.

   

   The Checkout Settings page opens.

3. Under Order Processing, in the Additional Scripts box, paste the following code: 

   <script src="https://rapid-cdn.yottaa.com/rapid/lib/<site_key>.js"></script>

4. In the Additional Scripts box, replace <site_key> with your site key.

   You can find your site key by going to Settings > Site Actions. The site key is in the Install section.
5. Click Save.
